Thalia built a network of trusted professionals to design and manage the refurbishment to the client’s specifications. Requirements included new kitchen layout and acoustic engineering. Client brief: An overseas client was buying a 2 bedroom property in central London and wanted help to maximise the return on his investment.

OUR SOLUTION

Prior to purchase, Thalia costed the refurbishment so that work could begin as soon as the sale was completed. Design was tailored to appeal to the desired tenant profile and ensure low ongoing maintenance costs. The property has been let continuously for 2 years at £2,500 per week.

COTTAGE TRANSFORMATION

Client brief: A long term client asked Thalia to maximise the lettings value of a somewhat dated terraced cottage.

OUR SOLUTION

Thalia recommended a full internal and external refurbishment to broaden the appeal of the property and deliver significantly better long term value.
