Corridy works in partnership with your chosen letting agent to provide you with a tailored property management service.  We make it our job to know every property personally, take a holistic view of your needs and then oversee the management of your property.

We will make recommendations on repairs or services needed, arrange and inspect all work, ensure you meet compliance standards and manage relationships with your tenants. 

Unlike some companies, we will not charge vacant fees to manage your property while you are between tenants, and it is on the market for rental.  We believe in providing you a personalised service, and not making you pay more for it.

In marketing your property, we can work with your agent or help you to choose the best possible agent, in order to find your ideal tenant.  Our fees cover management of the entire tenancy period, rather than just at start & finish of a tenancy.
