If you divide your time between a home in London and elsewhere we will take care of all your property related needs – from managing renovations to paying your bills. Enabling you to simply enjoy your London home.
Corridy Home Management will organise and manage all your property related matters. Using our network of trusted contractors, we will instruct and supervise projects from renovation to repairs, oversee other services or simply pay your bills. We are also happy to work with your chosen contractors, if you prefer.
We will attend to details such as arranging furniture deliveries, negotiating insurance claims, reading meters or getting your WiFi working.
Corridy will coordinate and liaise with your block managing agent, attend residents’ association meetings on your behalf, hold keys and arrange access as needed.
